The majority of the facilities are available free to owners who have fully paid their management fees for the current year.

Health Centre

If you want to relax and feel the stress of life lift from you then pay a visit to the health centre where you can enjoy a Turkish bath, or a Scandinavian sauna, or you might just want to relax in the Jacuzzi.

Whatever you feel like we can guarantee that you will feel a different person once you have visited the Health Centre.

Gym

Why don't you join the Gym, if you want to tone up, shed some unwanted pounds or just improve your overall fitness make sure that you visit the gym at yooBulgaria.

Depending on what your goals are you could spend time in the weight training area or in the cardio studio, where you can run to your heart's content and look out over the Black Sea, which will make the miles go so much quicker.

Join the Club

Tennis Court

Make sure that you pack your tennis racket and shoes so that you can enjoy a game of tennis during your holiday. The tennis court is available to book from 7am to 9pm and benefits from having flood lighting, so you will not have to sacrifice any time on the beach.

If you want to enjoy these facilities but do not have a partner please contact the management office where we will do our best to find you a partner.

Keep your eye on the ball!

Animation Team

Enrol your children with the onsite animation team and sit back and enjoy your holiday knowing that the children will have a full day of activities under the watchful eye of the team.

During the day there is a full programme of activities that change on a weekly basic to keep the little ones on their toes, these activities range from face painting to beach volleyball and from table tennis to mini Olympics.

We have 2 separate groups 2 to 6 yrs. old and 7 to 14yrs old, so no matter what their age they can join in all the fun.

Swimming Pools

Obzor has the benefit of 4 separate swimming pools within the complex, so if you want to swim a kilometre in the infinity pool or just relax in the spa pool, you can.

The pool complex comprises of a children's pool, spa pool, a length pool and the stunning infinity pool which overlooks the stunning sandy beach and bright blue sea.

Soak away those winter blues!

Beach

Why not spend the day lounging on the beautiful sandy beach in front of the complex and have a long cold drink served to you by the beach bar staff.

Obzor has some of the best beaches along the coast, so relax on your lounger, under your parasol and drift away, and then when the need arises have a drink from the beach bar, or order you lunch overlooking the stunning blue sea.

Restaurant and Bar

At the end of another hard day in the sun, meet your family and friends in the bar for an aperitif and chat before moving into the restaurant where you can enjoy some amazing food.

From fresh fish to succulent meats, and from salads to those deserts that you know you should not have but you cannot say no to.

Spa

Once you have arrived in Obzor why not let Kata and her team help you relax and unwind. yooBulgaria spa will offer you a range of quality treatments to help your mind and body slip into a state of relaxation.

Convenience Store

The convenience store will have whatever you need during your stay in Obzor, and is centrally located, so if you do not what to leave the complex throughout our holiday you do not need to.

Security

The complex benefits from having 24hr manned security.

The security guards patrol the perrimit of the development as well as the common areas and car parks, making you feel relaxed knowing that you are in a pleasant and secure development.
